Core Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & CRM Management:
Proactively source and identify potential new leads, populating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate information.
Conduct internet scraping (search engines, buying groups, LinkedIn, marketplace sellers, industry directories) to find and qualify new prospects.
- Manage and execute mass email outreach campaigns to generate leads
- Identify key physical shop prospects and nurture into a B2B Buyer
- Create lead generating social media posts to drive organic leads
Direct Sales & Relationship Management:
- Perform initial follow-ups with leads (via phone, email, WhatsApp, Direct visits) and send out introductory information and price lists.
- Qualify leads and contact leads (phone call, email, WhatsApp, Social DM, Direct visits) to assess their fit with our business and products.
- Handle sales calls (outbound mainly for new business, and inbound inquiries).
- Use CRM to track client activity, identify inactive buyers, and plan proactive follow-up visits/calls/emails/WhatsApp messages.
- Set-up face-to-face visit meetings with regional sales representatives.
- Organize sales visit travel arrangements and prepare itineraries of client meetings you arrange
Sales Administration:
Handling quotes and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage client sales negotiations and upsells
- Handle general company administrative tasks directly related to sales operations and client management.
- Director Support: Support the Director in sales activities and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and maintain email lists and customer databases.
Supporting Responsibilities (Marketing)
- Leveraging Marketing Content: Utilize content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, product videos) created by the Digital Marketing Specialist in their outreach efforts, adapt content for your B2B individual prospects.
- Personalized Outreach Copy: Craft personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up communications, drawing from your understanding of the market, buyer needs and product benefits.
- B2B Social Account Activity; Actively engage on LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms by sharing company content, commenting on industry news, and building professional network to generate warm leads.
- Content Insights & Feedback: Provide crucial frontline insights from buyer interactions back to Management and Digital Marketing teams to inform future content strategy and campaign development.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable internet connection
- Excellent Verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, spreadsheets, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and product sales performance
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of web scraping and digital marketing strategies.
